一个退款小流程

因为最近的事，相信很多人也对Mod作者以及官方的后续处理流程感到不满，也因此产生想要退款的想法。但Steam退款毕竟有个硬性规定，如果你走正常退款流程的话，15天以前购买过游玩两小时以上会被自动打回申请，所以该怎么做呢？ 首先点开Steam，按照流程，依次从左上角的“帮助”-“steam客服”-“购买消费”-“我需要此前购买或配送方面的帮助”-“Escape from Duckov订单”-“我对这项购买有疑问”点进去 从这一步起，就进入到人工退款审核环节，即俗称的小作文，通过这就可以向客服申请退款。 Attention: 不要在点击"steam客服"后直接点击页面中的［Escape from Duckov］，否则进入的仍是常规退款页面！！！会被直接打回！ 小作文的主要写法就是，阐明创意工坊里的Mod存在恶意代码，这会导致游戏闪退无法游玩(我的话是将其视作木马程序)，官方对此持放纵甚至鼓励态度，导致我认为后续游玩此游戏存在严重的个人隐私安全风险或硬件损坏风险。 这是我写的，大家想必比我怨气更重： Dear Steam Support Team, I'm writing to request a refund for the gameEscape from Duckovand consent to have the refund credited to my Steam Wallet. I have always trusted that Steam is committed to protecting players’ legitimate rights and interests. As a loyal user, I have strictly adhered to all relevant user agreements. However, the recent actions of theEscape from Duckovdevelopment team have been highly inappropriate. They condoned a Creative Workshop modder embedding malicious code in theScav 1.8.0mod—code that can detect players’ IDs and cause the game to crash abruptly upon launch without any warning, which I believe constitutes a form of Trojan horse attack. (在这里我强调了严重性) After being alerted to this critical issue, the developers(Team Soda) only removed the mod from other platforms following public complaints, yet took no disciplinary action against the creator. Even more alarmingly, some modders have since openly stated their intention to embed viruses in future mods. Instead of addressing the misconduct, the development team even rewarded the modder with game merchandise as encouragement. Such irresponsible behavior from the development team poses a potential threat to my computer security and has made the game completely unplayable—despite my legitimate ownership. Therefore, I formally submit a request for a full refund ofEscape from Duckov.
