You can make everyone work hard for corn dogs. Or set up inflation where the most valuable resource is dolls, becoming more expensive and rarer than even nuclear reactors. Restrictions? Sure thing. You can forbid everyone from stealing except for one chosen thief who steals only road signs. Or prohibit everyone except pensioners from throwing parties, so the rest can envy. Housing? You decide where everyone lives. Want to create a utopian city without property where everyone sleeps on communal beds, or on the flip side, everyone gets a house with their own vertical garden farm and a pinball machine.
