Explore districts, with branched dialogue choice, walk and talk, shoot and talk, active reload, slow time and engage in third person firefights with challenging enemies. When a newly trained special agent, a street kid, an unhinged leader of a sleeper cell and it's enforcer. Find themselves entangled with gang members, drug smugglers and drive traffickers. Some of the most detestable individuals; the inhabitants of the Cardinal District. The fate of their lives all come to a head.
