Dice Goblin's Den is a 2D side-scrolling Tower Defense Roguelite game where you defend your fellow Goblins from waves of "heroes" who have been given quests at the local tavern to raid and loot your home! Gain new abilities as you unlock new classes by defeating enemy party leaders and reclaiming their loot! Learn the quirks of each class, and how their spells affect your units! It wouldn't be very dicey without all the uncertainty of a Roguelite, now would it?! Play with randomized levels, enemies, loot, and upgrades! Every playthrough is its own unique experience, and it's up to you to beat the odds by adapting to what luck throws your way, choosing the best rewards for the occasion, and employing clever strategies. But be careful! Defeat will set you right back to the drawing board!Gather resources and manage your own economy, but be wary of the balance of allocating them between combat and worker units. It can be dangerous to spend too many resources hiring workers instead of combat units to defend your goblin den, but sometimes being greedy pays off! Carefully place your combat units in strategic sequences that best complement your party leader's special abilities as well as the surrounding terrain! Build your way upwards with the resources your fellow goblins worked hard to gather, and overwhelm the enemy with your superior numbers! Destroy the enemy forces who are quested with the task of raiding your party and looting your corpses, but don't forget to keep your fellow goblins alive!Upgrade your goblins by way of spells, abilities, and attributes at the cost of resources!
