In Coastal Kingdoms, you explore a series of islands to try and secure as much gold as you can! Build up your settlements by carefully placing different shaped buildings to make the most of each islands features while choosing gameplay changing rewards as you progress! Carefully start and expand a settlement by placing different types of buildings to maximise your gains! Buiildings interact with terrain and each other in multiple ways, so clever planning and use of each islands layout is important to maximise your gains! Build your settlements up and out! Some buildings can only be placed ontop of other buildings, so choose the strategy to improve your settlement that works best! Explore a range of unique islands! Reveal more of each island as you build out your settlement! Each has its own unique shape and set of conditions as well as mysterious ruins to be explored that can have all kinds of wild effects. After each succesful expedition, choose from a wide range of rewards, varying from more starting resources to a range of unique buildings to help you craft a unique playstyle and approach for each run!
