Supplementary comments after 40 hours' playing:Fritz 18 still has a lot of improvements (comparing to 17), especially the Easy Mode, the analysis and various evaluations, variants become more readable, it's really like a human coach, even a beginner can learn a lot from it . And Fritz is also more convenient for professional chess analysis. Howerver, after reading the Manual on the official website, I learned that the Steam version has changed so much. Could you prepare a help document for Steam edition? The manual is necessary. Moreover, garbled code not only exists in English, but also in French language, such as "défense"、"répétition troisième", those "accent" cannot be displayed normally! I've read professional chess players' comments on on ChessBase18 , and I'm looking forward to seeing ChessBase18 and Fritz19 on Steam as soon as possible!===========================================================================4.1.2023:Best serious chess software in steam, but not the best Fritz. i've played Fritz11, 13, 17, and Ubisoft's Chessmaster Grandmaster Edition. Fritz has done worse than before, and many options and settings are difficult to find. Do u know what does "SE" mean? it's totally a Stripped-down Edition. Unless you're a professional player, you might just play at chess.com…thumb up to the Chinese localization, although there is still room for improvement…Some problems for reference:1.Steam edition is a stripped-down version, many networking functions on ChessBase are not available, and you can only play the game at PlayChess as a guest;2. There is a lack of language and voice Settings in the software, so the language needs to be set in Steam, which is very confusing, but I do remember that this option can be uesd in the original version;3. The Chinese prompt is thoroughly chaotic, the word order and other grammar problem… dudes, this is not a localization, it's just a translation of UI;4. Garbled message in simplified Chinese characters, such as the prompt after the end of each game;5. The PDF version of the manual or document of other format is missing, why not distribute the PDF of Fritz18 along with the Steam version when there is clearly one on the official website?Fritz is one of the best chess software in the world, but the 18 doesn't count…fix it, if u could…
