1hr Meditation
This is a meditation app with many options. You can do a regular 24 minute sitting meditation by clicking on the top menu item, or you can do one of 4 movement meditations by clicking on the buttons below this. There is also an "Ask the Spirit World" option, where you think of a yes/no question and the Spirit World (random number generator) will answer yes or no.
