But the price increases for each chunk you buy! Each chunk will let you peak before you buy to see a glimpse of what it contains so the choice is not completely blind, but you can only see 1 contained resource for each chunk!Each chunk has a bulletin board with a list of area quests to unlock (once the service is unlocked from your town) and upon completing a list of area quests, you unlock a relic you can use anywhere (for example the bomb relic will let you blow open cracked walls you find along your adventure)
