# Realism Comes First Every aspect of the simulation has been crafted with the utmost attention to detail. Locomotive, wagon, and object models are created using high-quality phototextures. Every sound you hear was recorded either inside the driver’s cab or at a railway station. Equally important is the physics — trains move along the tracks almost exactly as they do in real life. The railway routes are built in accordance with official design standards for railway lines. All of this results in an exceptionally high level of realism! # Scope of the Simulation You have access to over 40 models of electric and diesel locomotives, several electric multiple units, as well as railcars and inspection trolleys. The simulator’s library also includes hundreds of passenger and freight car models and textures. The authors have prepared dozens of routes (including a realistic line Częstochowa–Ozimek), featuring nearly 200 scenarios. You must pay close attention to the track and signal aspects — many scenarios include random events that make gameplay more dynamic and unpredictable. You can operate a high-speed express train reaching 160 km/h, or a local passenger service stopping at every station and halt. You may also choose freight operations — from a heavy 40-wagon coal train to a fast intermodal container service. The choice is yours! # The Beginning Won’t Be Easy Before driving, you should familiarize yourself with PKP signaling regulations, learn to read official timetables, and master the driving techniques for each type of rolling stock. Once you’ve got that covered, remember that you must adjust your speed according to speed limits and signal indications, and always run your train according to the timetable.
