To end the shift make sure no task is left unfinished!Administer Meds: There are many mechanisms of action for various meds. Each one prescribed serves an important purpose and needs the supervision of a nurse to handle administration. We have 150 meds with reasons for each of them. It's important to be vigilant about what meds your patients are taking!Chart Assessments: In the hospital, documentation abounds. There needs to be an assessment for each patient including at least one body system. These systems include: Neurological, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Genitourinary, Integumentary, Musculoskeletal, and
