WELCOME TO THE ARCHIPELAGO Kaori is a first-person puzzle-adventure game. Explore ancient ruins on a sun-drenched archipelago and uncover the many mysteries of a lost civilization: the Karas! GET READY TO THINK Kaori is what some might call a "Metroidbrainia" or "knowledge-based game." That is, a game set in a semi-open world where you don't open doors with keys or unlock skills, but rather with knowledge gained by solving puzzles and uncovering the game's story. WHO WILL THE GAME ENJOY? Kaori is heavily inspired by the game "Outer Wilds." The game was designed to offer a similar experience in certain aspects. However, it is not the only source of inspiration.
