Eternal Wanderer is a single-player, third-person RPG inspired by the Vedic scriptures and Hindu mythology. You play as an once-selfish king, cursed by his own people to reincarnate endlessly until he has atoned for his past. To break the cycle, you must cleanse his city of corruption and evil, forging a path towards redemption.​The game starts off with you as a lowly peasant. You will experience the effects of the corruption that the king had caused in his previous life. With the curse from the previous life lingering over you, you will have limited time left to live when your memories return (also when you as the player take control over the body). Each choice you make during your life has an impact on karma. Karma does not distinguish between good and evil. Everything that you do has consequences. This consequence can carry over multiple life times. A life as a benevolent person might mean that your next few lives/incarnations will include riches or ease of access to wealth. Living like scum and exploiting people will result in the same happening to
