a basic guide intro this is a guide to a game called throne fall here is some info about strategy tower upgrades the next page will be about level 3 tower upgrades (assuming you have unlocked all all of them). what towers to upgrade NEWLAND:not necessary NORDFELS : don't need to upgrade any to level three just have all the towers at level two so it is defended DUSTARIAN : the two towers by the northeast flank to fortress towers. the first tower on the south flank will be a balista most will be fortresses & the one on the slope will be a suport tower on the west flank add a hot oil tower on the closest side by the west flank the others on the west (assuming you have a gate there) will be fortresses ,two behind the gate (assuming you have one) will be a balista. the one on the north flank will be a fortress---------------------------------------------------- FROSTSEE : two of the towers by the south of the lake in a gate (assuming you have one) will be fortresses & two will be balistas. the tower by the lake ,south of the gate (assuming you have one) on the east side should be a hot oil tower the one to the east to a balista. the towers on the west sides should be all fortresses and the tower in the north of the corridor (also in the west) should be hot oil the other should not even be built castle upgrades NEWLAND : not necessary NORDFELS : lv 1: builders guild (only if you have fortified houses perk) otherwise magic armor or royal training --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- lv 2 : royal mastery or commander (only if you command at night ) -------------------------------------------- DUSTARIAN : lv 1 : royal mastery --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- lv 2 : godly curse (activate by pressing left alt in battle ) or royal mastery or castle up (but only if you get this upgrade early in the game ) FROSTSEE : lv 1: royal training ,godly curse (activate by pressing left alt in battle ) ,magic armor & assassins training --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- lv 2 : castle up or royal mastery (only if you want to increase damage & health with no special ability ) note only look at page if you have unlocked every castle upgrade what buildings to place NORDFELS : 2 barracks 1 fence 6 towers 10 houses 1 mill DUSTARIAN : 4 barracks 4 fences 10 towers 8 houses 1 mills 3 gold mines FROSTSEE : 4 barracks 3 or 4 fences 13 towers 14 houses 0 mills 1 gold mine 2 or 3 harbors 1 blacksmith upgrade towers : NORDFELS : 1 in the northeast 3 in the south 2 in the west 1 north------------------------------------------- DUSTARIAN : 4 in the south 2 in the northeast 1 in the north 3 in west FROSTSEE : 4 in the southeast 1 in the corridor 2 in the west 2 in the center 3 in the east perks NEWLAND : fixed layout NORDFELS : treasure hunter, war horse & power tower DUSTARIAN : treasure hunter, power tower & castle blueprints FROSTSEE : fortified houses, power tower & treasure hunter what units to get NORDFELS : spearmen & flails DUSTARIAN : flails, fire archers, hunters & berserkers FROSTSEE : flails, berserkers, spearmen & knights harbors & blacksmith On frostsee if not upgrading harbors get big harbor perk if upgraded it is recommended to build 2-3 of them & make sure to keep protected build towers near then & when units get close stand near. blacksmith : only research damage because it take 2 days to research & 1 day (assuming enemy's attack your structures ) to use but damage damage on you a units forever it is also good to get archery damage because it apples to your towers! note : harbors are caped at five boats so five gold but upgrading can double the gold from 5 to ten. note :harbors are progresive income. houses & gold mines build houses for passive income but be carful ! they can get destroyed and give no income so you can upgrade them to lv 2 for more health & 2x the gold I RECOMMEND fortified houses perk because lv 2 houses can shoot. but there is another option for extra gold it is a gold mine they mine the gold but there is less & less every day because they have mined it out! So be carful if you want instant money go for it. if you want passive money or growing money it's not the best (pasive is mills & houses ) (progressive but caped is harbors) mills mills are like houses but can build fields to earn more gold each cost one (except for the pumpkin fields perk ) you can upgrade them many ways i prefer wind spirits or scarecrows level quests mutators & wepon I don't recomend quests because they give you no benefits, mutators give challenges for more XP, weapon is well . . . you'r line of defense wich is your weapon what walls to build NORDFELS one wall in the north DUSTARIAN one wall in northeast one in the east & one in the west FROSTSEE one by four towers one in the east one in the south & one in the east DESCRIPTION PROFIT : house : generates one or two income a day gold-mine : generates six gold but decrees every day in income amount harbor : generates increasing income with one more income a day (max five income a day ) PROFIT & DEFENSE OR JUST DEFENSE : mills : generates solid income, with fields for more income & chose a defence upgrade defence tower : shoots enemies nearby UNITS : barracks : get Malle units archery-range : creates archers & bowmen Heros-quarter : chose a very powerful unit, upgrading dubles its strength & resistance STOPING/SLOWING ENEMIES : walls/fences : can stop enemies but can be destroyed barricades : slows down fast enemies & deals damage to all enemies UPGRADES : blacksmith : give you defence towers & your units upgrades in resistance or in damage but cost income & takes 2-3 days castle : starts a kingdom, upgrading gives you more health or attack damage & special ability CONECTING ISLANDS : bridges : connects islands so you get accesses to certen buildings & gives you a gold bridges bridges are like mills they have two functions giving you access to more areas & giving you a gold like a house
