(Yea, two-handed sword build with 1 two-handed swords skill :D) Gear Two-handed sword with block chance and plock power, light chestplate with block chance, light boots, medium/light gloves, medium helmet. Cleared T5 dungeons with such equipment: Weapon: Knight Two-Hander (T5) Headgear: Reinforced Sentinet (T3) Chestplate: Captain Gambeson (T5) Gloves: Soldier Gloves (T3) Boots: Duelist Boots (T4) Belt: Mercenary Belt (T4) Rings: 2 Steel Singets (T3) Amulet: Warding Hand Amulet (T4) Cloak: Jousting Cloak (T3)Priority list: Weapon, Chestplate, Boots, Headgear, Gloves. Best enchantments: block power, block chance, magic damage. Gameplay and tips! ParryPARRY is your main ability and it have some interesting mechanics: At cast it fully replenishes block power. Each blocked strike reduces cd by 2 turns so you want to use Parry ONLY when somebody will try to hit you. Each blocked strike grants +20% block power recovery (A LOT!) for 3 turns while you affected by Parry, so if you cast Parry at last turn before it ends you prolong block power recovery buff making VERY hard to put you at 0 block power. DON'T COMBINE Parry and Brace for Impact! in late game! While you under your parry you want to make at least amount of full dodges so you reduce Parry cd by blocking and you can recast it in time. Brace for Impact! is an emergency button, use it when you have no other options to defend yourself against incoming hit. Warfare DON'T FORGET TO SWAP TACTICS! Defencive Tactic is a right choice to start a fight. It grants a lot of defensive stats and counter chance, but don't sit on it too long and after you taken first impact swap to Offence Tactic to get massive offencive buffs. Usually its a good to use Thirst for Battle after swapping to Offence Tactic, so you loose some defence and go full offence with high crit chance, life and energy drain. Athletics Leg Sweep and Mighty Kick. Both of them is for applying debuffs, but with some nuances. Mighy Kick is better against enemies with shiels, high movement resist or if you want to push enemy into a wall. Sweep is better against multiple enemies and if you want to ether fall back or continue close fight(like if your Parry is on) and apply some debuffs. Not this Time and Push the Falling just good and must be picked to unlock Sudden Lunge. If Parry is your bread Sudden Lunge is your butter. Incredibly strong skill. It gives you opportunity to spam Parry, swap tactics more than once, silence enemy for 2 turns. And most insane pars is that if it's used on a target that affected by any bleed, control or movement debuff it's cooldown is reduced to 4 turns and it deals 125% attack damage! Armored Combat Brace for Impact! Great defensive tool for any stage of the game, but as said before in late game (~when you have >90% block chance) let Parry carry. Hard Targed is ok skill, must be picked to unlock Unyielding Defense Uneyilding Defence for more block chance and block power recovery. While Defencive Stance looses stacks or you swap it Uneyilding Defence will kick in. Before a fight use Defencive Tactic and Unyielding Defence, use Thirst for Battle in middle of a fight it's not only life drain button but also impressive offencive tool, also at turn it casted first incoming strike will be countered. This build is capable of clearing T5 bandits and undead at 16 lvl (I don't found vampires, so nothing to say about them) Enemies Easiest enemies for you is multiattackers, because they can stack up Parry block power recover and decreace cd of it very fast On the other hand enemies with something like a two-handed mace are a bit harded, because parry don't really works against them. You should be causios about axe wielders, because they will decreace your block chance and block power, so try not to fight with multiple enemies if they have axeman in their lines. Archers and mages are pain in your ass, because you have no dashes or a shield, but you can always use terrain to hide (corners, trees, bushes, ...) and when a mage comes for you sudden lunge and kill. High tier skeletons with ghast are insanely tough, because you don't have enough damage or armor penetration to kill them fast enough, so ghast will hold them "alive" for a very long time. So again use smoke, corners, etc. for your advantage. If you face Spectral herald just know that "In folk tales, the heralds are spoken of in hushed tones - their appearance inevitably marks the beginning of a great disaster" so run or pray to Host for glorious death. Game plan The way I played with this build Osbruk Complete 3 contracts to Brynn's officials Complete Odar's quest Manshire Complete 3 contracts to Knud, so you get 4000 reputation Kill Troll Rotten Willow Tavern Complete 3 contracts to Brynn's officials Save morions, vampiric staffs and etc and give it to L'Owcrey for money and reputation.
