Time Boxing is a turn-based, hybrid card-battler and fighting game where every jab, hook, and uppercut is a card and every turn is a chance to bend the timeline to your will. Pick your fighter, draw your cards and trade blows in a championship match where past, present and future are all options for you to master. This isn't just a brawl. It's a duel of choices you must make played out across a fractured clock. Do you land the combo now, or plan for a better combo in the future? Should you attack your opponent in the present, or steal a card from the past? The fighter who controls time controls the fight. But be careful, tampering with causality can create paradoxes, changing your fate and the outcome of the fight in your opponent’s favor. FEATURES A Roster of Time-Bending Fighters Choose from a cast of boxers, each with their own unique abilities, signature cards and distinct playstyle. The brawler who overwhelms with raw aggression plays nothing like the tactician who weaves the timeline into a trap. Find the fighter that fits how you want to play. Every Punch Is a Card Build devastating combos from your hand. Chain blows, counter attacks, bait your opponent and unleash special cards unique to your fighter. Read your fight, manage your hand and decide when to commit and when to hold back. Every Card is a Choice Master the Timeline to keep track of Past, Present and Future actions. Rewind a punch just played, plant a haymaker in the future or dodge an incoming blow in the Present. Stack effects across turns, reshape the future to your advantage or even reverse the flow of time itself, shifting a future attack to the past. Time is your deepest resource and your sharpest weapon. Beware the Paradox Causality is unforgiving and must always be obeyed. If you play a future card but fail to complete the loop in the present, you’ll create a paradox and the damage will come back to you. The Timeline is your greatest strength, but can become your most dangerous opponent. Build It or Optimize It Craft a deck from the ground up around your favorite fighter, or pick from a finely tuned pre-built archetype and sharpen it to your style. Time is ticking, execute triple color combos to control the game timer. Add seconds to the clock by matching color spheres to the cubes. The cubes will change colors as you execute combos. Matching the correct color to a cube will also replenish the ever diminishing stability gauge. An incorrect color match will deplete stability. If the cube becomes completely unstable, time will collapse at a very fast rate, and you will need to recover stability by matching correct colors as the timers are in free fall. When the timer runs out, its game over!You don't always need to add the color that the cube asks for however, look to add three of the same color spheres to the cubes to execute combo effects. 3 Red spheres cause all the cubes to be the same color, each time a combo is completed.3 Yellow spheres will allow for more spheres to generate at a time.3 Blue spheres will speed up time and also replenish the cube stability over time.
