The "Terra Incognita" is a dimension very close to the earth, level 1. So it's not a world apart like in Game of thrones or the Lord of the Rings. It is a copy of our world, but with the difference that there is magic, creatures and magic spirits. What makes this world remain stagnant in the fantastic medieval era.
