It features in-game days 16 to 23 and continues the story of the protagonist and their romantic/lewd adventures in the bizarre house. It's heavily recommended that you play the original first to understand the story and the characters. The game features choices that both change the dialogue and let you choose which of the characters you want to romance (and have sex with).
