Ecos da Mata is a top-down action-rpg game about preservation, colonialism and folklore. The story takes place in a fantasy setting inspired by Brazilian history and folklore, taking on its themes and characters. Play as Aiyra, a young witch who lives near the Snoring Woods: a mysterious place, home to a great number of creatures and mythical beings. The forest is located near Beira-Mata, a small town populated by all kinds of different people. The forest is dying and it's creatures are being controlled by a strange force, bringing chaos to the once prosperous and calm region.
