The meditations are from various sources, such as Yoga, Taoism (Chi Kung and Tai Chi), and Zen. There are about 50 2-minute meditations and exercises, which are presented in intuitive order. This is a very soothing and calming mindfulness meditation that anyone can do. There are movement activities such as Qigong based on 8 Ba Gua Patterns as used in the I Ching. Yoga and slow walking are also activities in the app. There are various kinds of meditations for mindfulness of others, as well as taking time out for oneself and exploring one's inner spaces. There is a section of 50 Physical and Spiritual Principles of the Universe to contemplate and think about.
