The meditations are from various sources, such as Yoga, Taoism (Chi Kung and Tai Chi), and Zen. There are about 50 2-minute meditations and exercises, which are presented in intuitive order. This is a very soothing and calming mindfulness meditation that anyone can do. There are movement activities such as Qigong based on 8 Ba Gua Patterns as used in the I Ching.
