Short guide to explaining some of the achievements. Forward Greetings, This guide is to describe the achievements in more detail which may include ways to earn the achievement. I test out these achievements on my own however I may not be able to follow-up on all of them. Bugged achievements I will try to make a note of. Removed achievements I will leave for historical purposes which I will also make a note of. Thank you for visiting this guide and feel free to comment. Completing Fire Strike Extreme should be enough to get this one. It’s over 9000!!! Fire Strike over 9000? There's no way that could be right. Fire Strike (normal) score of over 9000. Multi-GPU setup for low/mid-range cards. Free PC Upgrade Submit a score that is at least 10% higher than your last score. Running off of integrated graphics, or limiting CPU before a normal run is enough for this one. Hydra Submit a score from a system with 12 or more logical CPU cores. Hyper-threaded cores count. If task manager reads 12 then this is attainable. Brains With your CPU you could do anything. That GPU is just holding you back. Integrated Graphics or heavily under-clocked. Mystery Machine Submit a result using new hardware that isn't recognized by 3DMark. Brand new hardware usually is needed for this. However it's also possible to obtain if the system scan gets confused. OC Madness Only experts should try to push their CPU more than 50% over stock. As it reads, MORE than 50% over stock (base) clocks. If you can limit the the cores to one you can generally get better overclocks. Moar Graphics Plox Submit a score from a system with 3 or more GPUs. A 3(4) way SLI/Crossfire is needed. You Devil Submit a score that contains 666. As long as the score has 666 in it. Leet Treat Submit a score that contains the sequence 1337. As long as the score has 1337 in it. Brawn Your GPU is ready to rumble, but your CPU doesn't want to play. A strong GPU with a weak CPU. Underclock your CPU or limit the cores 3Dmark uses. Updates (Time Spy and DirectX 12) Future Proof Windows 10? Check. DirectX 12? Check. Time Spy? Check. Congratulations. You're ready! A Windows 10 OS, DirectX 12 compatible GPU and Time Spy benchmark. Complete the Time Spy benchmark to obtain. What's the Rush? If your Time Spy frame rate is less than 5 FPS, just relax and enjoy the details. Heavily under-clock your GPU for this one. Goal is 5fps in the GPU benchmarks. It's Over 9000, Again! Time Spy over 9000? There's (still) no way that could be right. Pass Time Spy benchmark with a score of over 9000. Rock Solid Score 99% or more in the Time Spy Stress Test. This test checks for clock stability among other things. Run the Time Spy Stress Test and score 99%. Updates Part 2 **About the "scores": Run Steel Nomad, Time Spy, Time Spy Extreme, Port Royal, Night Raid, Wild Life, Wild Life Extreme. I believe the time is in UTC. Adjust running this accordingly. Night Owl Run a benchmark between 00:00 and 06:00. 4K Forever Run Time Spy Extreme or Fire Strike Ultra. Customize It Run a DirectX 12 benchmark with custom settings. No Worries Pass a DirectX 12 stress test. Future Proof II Run all four DirectX 12 Ultimate feature tests. You can use the filter at the top to identify the Ultimate tests. Lightspeed Run Port Royal with an average frame rate greater than 40 FPS. Integration Nation Run a DirectX 12 graphics benchmark using integrated graphics. Interactive Spend five minutes in interactive mode in a feature test. No Sweat Keep the GPU temperature under 65 °C for the duration of a DirectX 12 stress test. A DirectX12 iGPU will make this an easy achievement. Cool under pressure Keep the GPU temperature below 55 °C during a DirectX 12 benchmark run. A DirectX12 iGPU will make this an easy achievement. Keep a Cool Head Keep the CPU temperature below 55 °C during a CPU Profile benchmark run. Disabling CPU core usage will make this an easier achievement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Catchy Tune Deliver a result of Steel Nomad with audio. Ensure that Enable Sound is checked. Default is no audio. Sun and Moon Run Steel Nomad during the day (06:00 - 18:00), and Steel Nomad Light during the night (18:00 - 06:00) If not obvious this is 24-hr time. Additionally, it's Steel Nomad Light during the night. Steel Explorer Use Explorer Mode to discover all secret areas in the world of Steel Nomad with all its hidden treasures.
