# The World of Wolcen You are one of the three "Children of Heimlock". Rescued as a child by the infamous Grand Inquisitor Heimlock, you have grown under his tutelage into a proud member of the Republican Army of the Purifiers: a force of perfect soldiers that exists to seek out and destroy the supernatural and the profane. Recently, a mysterious Republican fortress, lost among the northern deserts of the Red Wastes, was infiltrated for reasons unknown by a heretical group known as The Brotherhood of Dawn. In retaliation, the Republic has ordered an attack on all known Brotherhood strongholds. Under the command of Grand Inquisitor Heimlock himself, troops have been deployed near the city-state of Stormfall to purify a camp of Brothers. At his request, the Children of Heimlock have joined the Grand Inquisitor for this operation.
