How to reach Player Level 15 and Base Level 10 in 5 Days. SECTION 100 – Getting Started 110 - INTRODUCTION – Palworld is an exciting new Survival/Base Building/Monster Capture game. To a someone new to these genres, it can be challenging to progress through the early phases of this great game. In this guide I’ll give a detailed explanation of what steps to follow to reach Player Level 15 and Base Level 10 in 5 Days. This guide assumes you are playing Solo on Normal Difficulty. Your actual progression could be much faster/slower depending on the number of players and the difficulty setting you choose. 120 – CHARACTER & WORLD CREATION – Open the game and select the “Start Game” option from the Main Menu. In the World Select screen click on “+ Create New World”. Name the World whatever you like. Select Normal Difficulty and click OK. In the Character Creation screen, give your character a name and set their appearance. 130 – FIRST STEPS – Your character will start in an empty cave. Walk through the cave door heading Northwest towards the Plateau of Beginnings. You can press “M” at any time to view the Map. As you walk, you’ll see loose pieces of Stone and Wood on the ground, which you can pick up by pressing the “F” key. After walking a short distance you’ll see an orange glowing sculpture. This is a Fast Travel Point, which allows you to teleport to any other Fast Travel Point or Palbox on the map. Press “F” to unlock it. 140 – BUILDING YOUR FIRST STRUCTURE & WEAPONS – Walk a short distance Northeast to the clearing surrounded by Trees, Stone Deposits, and Berry Plants. Continue to pick up Stone, Wood, and Berries as you walk around. This is a great place to build your first base. Press “B” to open the Build Menu. Select the Primitive Workbench: STRUCTURE - Primitive Workbench[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 1 / 0 Technology Points COST – 2x WoodAfter you place a Structure Blueprint, hold the “F” button to build it. Later on your pal’s will help you build your structures. But for now, you’re all on your own. The first things you’ll want to build at the Primitive Workbench are the Stone Axe and the Stone Pickaxe: WEAPON – Stone Axe[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 1 / 0 Technology Points COST – 5x Wood / 5x Stone DAMAGE – 20 DURABILITY - 150WEAPON – Stone Pickaxe[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 1 / 0 Technology Points COST – 5x Wood / 5x Stone DAMAGE – 20 DURABILITY - 150After selecting the weapon, hold “F” to build and then click “F” again to acquire it. Don’t forget to pick it up! The Stone Axe and Stone Pickaxe are used to chop Wood and mine Stone. Wood and Stone are critical resources that are needed for nearly every early game structure and weapon you’ll be making. 150 – MAIN MENU – Press “ESC” to view the Main Menu. Click on the “Inventory” tab to view your character details. You have likely gained a level or two from your activities so far. Click on “Enhance Stats” to assign your Stat Points. Early on, I recommend splitting your points evenly between Work Speed and Weight, until you have 5 Points in each category. At the beginning of the game, you do a lot of building and carrying stuff around. After that, I recommend put all of your points into Health for a while to improve your survivability during tough mid and late-game fights: Work Speed – Player work speed. Affects the efficiency of working on various tasks at base. Weight – Player max carrying capacity. Movement will become slow if over the limit. Health – Player Vitality. You collapse from fatigue if this reaches 0.Next, click on the “Technology” tab. On this screen, you’ll be able to spend Technology Points to unlock important Structures, Weapons, and Key Items. Each level your character gains will provide additional Technology Points and will unlock a new Technology Tier. NOTE: You have a limited supply of Technology Points, so I don’t recommend unlocking every Technology available to you. Instead, spend your points on the Structures, Weapons, and Key Items that are really important to game progression. 160 – STARTING YOUR BASE – Use your Stone Axe to chop some Wood and your Stone Pickaxe to mine some Stone. Note that chopping Wood will occasionally yield Fiber and mining Stone will occasionally yield Paldium Fragments and Ore. Before it gets dark, you’ll want to craft a Hand-held Torch: WEAPON – Hand-held Torch[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 1 / 0 Technology Points COST – 2x Wood / 2x Stone DAMAGE – 10 DURABILITY - 100The torch serves several purposes. First, it allows you to see at night. Second, it keeps you warm at night. Lastly, it can be used as a low-damage melee weapon that occasionally sets the target on fire. NOTE: Pals with a status condition are easier to catch. Next, you’ll want to build a Palbox. Place the Palbox in the middle of the clearing. The placement location of this structure is VERY IMPORTANT because it will establish the boundaries of first base. STRUCTURE - Palbox[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 2 / 1 Technology Point COST – 8x Wood / 3x Stone / 1x Padium FragmentWith your base set, the next structure you build should be a Wooden Chest. Wooden Chests are used to store all the Materials used for building and craft. I recommend placing your first chest right next to your Palbox. Once build, press “F” to open it. Immediately deposit all the Materials you have in your inventory into the Chest, including Stone, Wood, Paldium Fragments, Fiber, and Berry Seeds. You’ll want to keep your Weapons and some important items – like Pal Spheres and Berries – in your character inventory. NOTE: Materials in chests in your base can be used when building or crafting ANYWHERE across your base (i.e., they don’t have to be in your character inventory to access). I recommend placing additional Wooden Chests close to Trees and Stone Deposits to minimize the time your Pals spent carrying Materials back and forth. STRUCTURE – Wooden Chest[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 2 / 1 Technology Point COST – 15x Wood / 5x StoneAs you walk around, you may notice that your character begins to get hungry. Eat a few Berries periodically to fill your Nutrition Bar. You will also notice to that after several uses your Weapons begin to lose Durability. Build a Repair Bench and use it to repair your damaged Weapons: STRUCTURE – Repair Bench[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 2 / 1 Technology Point COST – 10x Wood / 10x Stone SECTION 200 – Catching Pals 210 – PAL SPHERES – Go to the Primitive Workbench and craft a few Pal Spheres. One important Material for Pal Sphere crafting, Paldium Fragments, can be acquired either as a rare drop from Stone mining or from directly mining Paldium Deposits further down the hill. SPHERE – Pal Sphere[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 2 / 1 Technology Point COST – 3x Wood / 3x Stone / 1x Paldium FragmentPal Spheres are used to catch Pals. To catch a Pal, attack it with a weapon to weaken it then throw a Pal Sphere at it. Status Conditions – like Burn and Poison – also increase your capture chances. 220 – INITIAL PALS – The three Pals closest to your starting base are Lamball, Cattiva, and Chikipi. At the beginning of the game you want to catch 10x of each of these Pal Types, as you get an Experience Bonus for the first 10x Pals of a specific species you catch. NOTE: Lamball and Chikipi don’t run away when you approach them. You can catch them easily by walking right up to them, hitting them several times with a melee weapon, then throwing a Pal Sphere. Cattiva, in contrast, will run away if you get too close. I recommend hitting them with a range weapon to make them angry or attacking them while they’re sleeping at night. Lamball[palworld.fandom.com] Cattiva[palworld.fandom.com] Chikipi[palworld.fandom.com]230 – PALBOX MANAGEMENT – Once you catch a Pal, return to your Palbox. Press “F” to pull up the Palbox Management Menu. Assign a Pal to work at your Base. At this point, Cattiva is the most useful because of their Level 1 Mining Job, which allows them to mine Stone from nearby Stone Deposits. In the near future other Pals will also become very valuable to have at your Base. You also want to have five Pals in your party at all times. Early in the game Cattiva is the most helpful because of it’s Partner Skill, Cat Helper, increases the Player’s Max Carrying Capacity by 50. This Partner Skill stacks with each Cattiva on your party, so five Cattiva’s will increase your Carrying Capacity by 250. Be sure to get five of them on your team as soon as possible. When you catch a Pal it has a chance to have 1-4 random Passive Skills. Some of these Passive Skills directly benefit the player if the Pal is on there team. If possible, you’d like to have Cattivas on your team with the following Passive Skills: Vanguard – 10% Increase to Player Attack. Stronghold Strategist – 10% Increase to Player Defense. Motivational Leader – 25% Increase to Player Work Speed. Logging Foreman – 25% Increase to Player Logging Efficiency. Mine Foreman – 25% Increase to Player Mining Efficiency. For each Pal assigned to your Base you’ll want to build a Straw Pal Bed. These beds allow your Pals to sleep at night and recover their Sanity (SAN). STRUCTURE – Straw Pal Bed[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 3 / 2 Technology Points COST – 10x Wood / 5x Fiber240 – RANGE ATTACKS – To improve your Pal capture success, craft an Old Bow. In addition to the bow itself, you’ll want to craft at least 100 Arrows to go with it. Some Pals run away when they see you coming. If you hit them with an arrow they’ll typically get mad and attack you instead of running! This is very helpful because retreating Pals are very difficult to capture. WEAPON – Old Bow[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 3 / 1 Technology Points COST – 30x Wood / 5x Stone / 15x Fiber DAMAGE – 65 DURABILITY - 150AMMO – Arrows[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 3 / 1 Technology Points COST – 1x Wood / 1x Stone for 3x Arrows 250 – NIGHTTIME – The nighttime is actually a great time to capture Pals! Some Pals can only be caught at night. Additionally, many Pals sleep at night, making them much easier to catch. You can walk right up to them and hit them with a few attacks before they have a chance to wake up and run away. I highly recommend using the nighttime hours for Pal capturing runs. Here are some Pals that commonly appear at night near the starting area: Hoocrates[palworld.fandom.com] Depresso[palworld.fandom.com] Daedream[palworld.fandom.com] SECTION 300 – Raising Your Base Level 310 – BASE LEVEL 2 – After building a Wooden Chest and deploying your first Pal, you can increase your Base from Level 1 to Level 2. Go to your Palbox and click “V” for “Base Upgrade”. This upgrade allows you to increase the number of Pals in your Base from 1 to 2. 320 – BASE LEVEL 3 – For Base Level 3 you’ll need a Primitive Workbench and a Shoddy Bed. To build the Shoddy Bed you need to create an indoor space, which requires the Wooden Structure Set. Build a small room and put a bed in it. This upgrade allows you to increase the number of Pals in your Base from 2 to 3. STRUCTURE – Shoddy Bed[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 3 / 1 Technology Point COST – 20x Wood / 5x Fiber / 1x WoolFOUNDATION – Wooden Structure Set[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 2 / 1 Technology Point COST – 2x Wood per piece330 – BASE LEVEL 4 – For Base Level 4 you’ll need a Feed Box and 3x Straw Beds. The Feed Box allows the pals in your Base to feed themselves. Place some berries in the Feed Box after you construct it. This upgrade allows you to increase the number of Pals in your Base from 3 to 4. STRUCTURE – Feed Box[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 4 / 2 Technology Point COST – 20x Wood 340 – BASE LEVEL 5 – For Base Level 5 you’ll need a Campfire and a Berry Plantation. The Campfire is used to cook food, which has more Nutrition than uncooked food. For example, Red Berries (15 Nutrition) can be converted to Baked Berries (21 Nutrition). The Berry Plantation provides a reusable source of Red Berries, however it requires four specific jobs – Planting, Watering, Gathering, and Transporting. This upgrade allows you to increase the number of Pals in your Base from 4 to 5. STRUCTURE – Campfire[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 2 / 1 Technology Point COST – 10x Wood STRUCTURE – Berry Plantation[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 5 / 2 Technology Point COST – 20x Wood / 20x Stone / 3x Berry Seeds SECTION 400 – New Armor, New Pals 410 – NEW ARMOR – Your Berry Plantation won’t do anything until you catch a few new Pals. However, before you head further down the hill I encourage you to upgrade your armor. I recommend the following: ARMOR – Common Shield[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 4 / 2 Technology Points COST – 20x Wood / 20x Stone / 10x Fiber / 10x Paldium Fragments SHIELD – 100 DURABILITY – 1,000MATERIAL – Cloth[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 3 / 1 Technology Points COST – 2x WoolARMOR – Cloth Outfit[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 4 / 2 Technology Points COST – 2x Cloth DEFENSE – 15 HP – 70 DURABILITY – 150The Common Shield is a defensive boost that recharges over time. The Cloth Outfit serves two purposes – it provides a defensive boost and it protects your character from cold temperatures. 420 – NEXT WAVE OF PALS – Head down the pathway and active the Fast Travel Point at Grassy Behemoth Hills. In this area you will find four new low-level Pals: Pengullet[palworld.fandom.com] Gumoss[palworld.fandom.com] Foxparks[palworld.fandom.com] Cremis[palworld.fandom.com]Catch at least two of each of these Pals. They will typically run away if you get close, so shoot them with a bow to anger them or sneak up on them at night. NOTE: If none of them are in the area, Fast Travel to your base and back. Fast Traveling resets the spawns in the area. These Pals provide three previously unavailable jobs – Watering, Planting, and Kindling. They also drop two materials – Pal Fluids and Flame Organs – that you will need later on. 430 – Automating Your Berry Plantation – Return to your Palbox and assign 2x Pengullet’s and 1x Gumoss’ to work at your base. The Gumoss will use the Planting job to seed each of your Berry Plantations. Once seeded, the Pengullets will use their Watering job to water each of your Berry Plantations. Once watered, the plants will grow, eventually being harvested by Cattiva’s Gathering job. Once harvested, your Pengullets and Cattivas will pick them up and put them into your Feed Box using the Gathering job. You now have a completely automated process for berry production. Feel free to place a few extra Berry Plantations to increase the speed that your Feed Box fills with Berries! SECTION 500 – Base Leveling Continues 510 – BASE LEVEL 6 – For Base Level 6 you’ll need a Pal Gear Workbench and a Statue of Power: STRUCTURE – Pal Gear Workbench[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 6 / 2 Technology Point COST – 30x Wood / 10x Paldium Fragments / 2x ClothSTRUCTURE – Statue of Power[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 6 / 2 Technology Point COST – 20x Stone / 10x Paldium FragmentsThe Pal Gear Workbench is used to craft Key Items that allow the Pals in your party to take special actions, like shooting a Flamethrower, being ridden as a Mount, etc. The Statue of Power is used to enhance Player and Pal stats. This upgrade allows you to increase the number of Pals in your Base from 5 to 6. 520 – BASE LEVEL 7 – For Base Level 7 you’ll need a Crusher, a Stone Pit, and a Logging Site: STRUCTURE – Crusher[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 8 / 2 Technology Point COST – 50x Wood / 20x Stone / 10x Paldium Fragments STRUCTURE – Stone Pit[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 7 / 2 Technology Point COST – 50x Stone / 20x Wood / 10x Paldium Fragments STRUCTURE – Logging Site[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 7 / 2 Technology Point COST – 50x Wood / 20x Stone / 10x Paldium Fragments The Crusher allows Pals with the Watering job to convert 5x Stone to 1x Paldium or 1x Wood to 2x Fiber. The Stone Pit and Logging Site replace the need for nearby Stone Deposit and Trees. This upgrade allows you to increase the number of Pals in your Base from 6 to 7. 530 – BASE LEVEL 8 – For Base Level 8 you’ll need a Primitive Furnace and a Hot Spring: STRUCTURE – Primitive Furnace[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 10 / 3 Technology Point COST – 50x Stone / 20x Wood / 3x Flame OrgansSTRUCTURE – Hot Spring[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 9 / 2 Technology Point COST – 15x Stone / 30x Wood / 10x Paldium Fragments / 10x Pal FluidsThe Primitive Furnace requires a Pal with the Kindling Job. It’s used to convert 2x Ore to 1x Ingot or 2x Wood to 1x Charcoal. After building this structure be sure to assign a Foxparks to work at your Base to activate it. The Hot Spring is used to improve the Happiness and Friendship level of your Pals. This upgrade allows you to increase the number of Pals in your Base from 7 to 8. NOTE: These two structures depend on two new Materials – Flame Organs and Pal Fluids. Each Foxparks you defeat yields 1-2 Flame Organs. Each Pengullet you defeat yields 1 Pal Fluid. As you venture a little further down the coast you’ll encounter Fuacks and Teafants, which also yield 1 Pal Fluid when you defeat them. SECTION 600 – Venturing Out 610 – GROWING THE ARSENAL – Before traveling any further I recommend adding a few new items to your arsenal: WEAPON – Three Shot Bow[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 10 / 2 Technology Points COST – 50x Wood / 12x Stone / 30x Fiber DAMAGE – 40 DURABILITY – 250ARMOR – Feather Hair Band[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 10 / 2 Technology Points COST – 10x Fiber / 5x Paldium Fragment DEFENSE – 15 HP – 60 DURABILITY – 200The Three Shot Bow is superior to the Old Bow. You can discard the Old Bow once the Three Shot Bow is available. The Feather Hair Band provides a nice defensive boost at minimal cost. 620 – RAYNE SYNDICATE TOWER – Continue heading down the path towards the Rayne Syndicate Tower. Don’t enter the tower yet, but be sure to activate the Fast Travel located nearby. Mine some ore until your Stone Pick Axe breaks / you run out of Weight, then Fast Travel back to your base. 630 – BASE LEVEL 9 – For Base Level 9 you’ll need a High Quality Workbench and a Medieval Medicine Workbench: STRUCTURE – High Quality Workbench[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 11 / 3 Technology Point COST – 50x Wood / 15x Ingot / 10x NailsSTRUCTURE – Medieval Medicine Workbench[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 12 / 2 Technology Point COST – 30x Wood / 10x Paldium Fragments / 5x NailsMATERIAL – Nail[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 10 / 1 Technology Point COST – 1x Ingot for 2x NailsThese structures require a significant amount of Ingot to craft, so be sure to mine Ore when you can and assign a Foxparks to your Primitive Furnace. This upgrade allows you to increase the number of Pals in your Base from 8 to 9. 640 – BASE LEVEL 10 – For Base Level 10 you’ll need a Sphere Workbench and a Cooler Box: STRUCTURE – Sphere Workbench[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 14 / 3 Technology Point COST – 30x Wood / 10x Paldium Fragments / 10x NailsSTRUCTURE – Cooler Box[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 13 / 2 Technology Point COST – 20x Wood / 20x Stone / 5x Ice OrganHitting Base Level 10 is a complete game-changer. Not only does it increase the number of Pals in your Base from 9 to 10 but it also allows you to build a Second Base! You now have all kinds of options available to you – Iron Weapons, more effective Pal Spheres, more powerful Pals, etc. Journey forward and take on the world of Palworld! Spoiler warning - nothing is hidden! This is just a simplified list of all the materials that can be farmed using the Ranch. It's compiled directly from Palworld Database. I intend to keep this updated as things are changed. Please let me know if anything is confusing or incorrect! (Updates themselves might take some time to make, since the information needs to be collected first. It'll happen as soon as possible!) (Also, this is my first attempt at making a Guide. Apologies if there's something wrong with it.) Condensation Stars Quick explanation on Stars; for every level of Condensation, a Star is added to the Pal, which increases various attributes. This includes their Ranch production, which can increase drastically. A Pal reaches full condensation - 4 Stars - by sacrificing 116 of the same kind through the Pal Essence Condenser. Alternatively, a Concentrated All Purpose Pal Extract (from Medal Merchants) raises the Star level once - best saved to reach 4 Star, since that level costs 64 Pals. Food - Berries, Cotton Candy, Egg, Honey, Milk Caprity - Red Berries *I'll gently suggest using the Plantations instead - but if you'd prefer the cute shrubbery, go for it! 0 Star: 1 1 Star: 1-2 2 Star: 1-3 3 Star: 1-4 4 Star: 1-5 Woolipop - Cotton Candy 0 Star: 1 1 Star: 1-2 2 Star: 1-3 3 Star: 1-4 4 Star: 1-5 Chikipi - Egg 0 Star: 1-2 1 Star: 1-3 2 Star: 2-4 3 Star: 2-5 4 Star: 2-6 Beegarde - Honey 0 Star: 1 1 Star: 1-2 2 Star: 1-3 3 Star: 1-4 4 Star: 1-5 Mozzarina - Milk 0 Star: 1-2 1 Star: 1-3 2 Star: 2-4 3 Star: 2-5 4 Star: 2-6 Crafting Materials - Bone, High Q. However, I'll gently add that there are plenty of other ways to earn Gold - but, have fun! It's a nice little extra if you want to spend the space on them. Both have the exact same rates. 0 Star: 10 1 Star: 10-20 2 Star: 10-30 3 Star: 10-40 4 Star: 10-50 Ranch Suggestions Since some Pals may only be helpful to a certain play style, I figured I would mention some specifics. Of course, I'm not a hardcore mathematician, nor a max-optimization player. These Suggestions are just here for anyone who might be curious. Have fun and explore your options as you'd like! Sootseer's Bones are only used in making Cement and various Medicine productions. (And for the Mega Glider!) The only thing that needs repeated Cement production are the Hyper, Ultra, and Legendary Spheres. (Pink, Red, and Purple.) However, Bones can also be bought. If you have no interest in Medicine or these Spheres, having a constant stream of Bones may not be as helpful. It does take a lot of Cement to set up bases with good utilities though - so it's a question of how patient you are to wait for Sootseer and how much Gold you have to spend on Bones. Woolipop's Cotton Candy as a crafting material is exclusively used in Medicine productions. However, it can also be used as a non-spoiling food source that gives its consumer a little Sanity. (5 in both Sanity and Nutrition.) Keeping a stack in reserve can make it easier to handle Pals under high Sanity loss, as you can simply put them in your party, feed them to full Sanity with the Cotton Candy, and return them to the base. If neither of these sound helpful to you, you probably won't benefit from having Woolipop in your Ranch. Dumud's High Quality Pal Oil is needed in a lot of repeated-use situations, including Bait, Cooking, and crafting Polymer for Weapons that need repair. (Unless you turned off Durability in World Settings!) The question isn't if you need High Q. Oil, but rather, would having a passive income of it help; a few different merchants sell it, including at Duneshelter and Fisherman's Point. The less biased you are towards Gold production, the more Dumuds there should be in the Ranch. The importance of High Q. Oil is hard to overstate. *Side note, Dumud Gild doesn't seem to be very helpful; if you want Gold, there are definitely better ways to get it. If you want H. Q. Oil, then only getting Oil from 80% of Dumud Gild's drops will be notably slower than normal Dumud without much gain. It seems faster to farm the Gold and H. Q. Oil independently of each other. Beegarde's Honey is only used for 4 things: the Stamina Remedy Medicine, repairing Elizabee's Staff or Beegarde's Spear, and baking Cake. If you don't have interest in any of these things, Beegarde's Honey won't be very helpful. Keep in mind, though, that Honey is only obtained either from a Ranch Beegarde, or hunting these Pals: Cinnamoth, Warsect, Warsect Terra, Elizabee, and Beegarde. It cannot be bought. Breeding Pals requires 1 Cake per Pal Egg, and one Cake needs 2 Honey. Having a Beegarde is incredibly helpful to Pal Breeders. (Although, it's easy to over-produce as well. Finding a balance in what works for you will keep your storage from getting over-cluttered with Honey.) *For the Staff and Spear, it's what I can best gather as the use. I couldn't find any way to craft them, but they're still listed as relevant to each other. Apologies if incorrect! Kelpsea's Pal Fluids are used in a large variety of things, including Medicine, ammo, and Cement. Plantations and other buildings can also require a lot. Only the random Base visitor Merchants (if I'm reading this correctly) sell Pal Fluids. I would highly recommend starting on Pal Fluids asap if you have room for an extra Kelpsea or 2. Gold can then be spent on more important things - not to say Pal Fluids shouldn't be bought. Suggestions: Flame Organ and Venom Gland Flame Organs are a resource that's needed in weirdly high amounts. (200 for 1 Gigantic Furnace!) While there are Merchants who easily sell them, the Gold is better spent on things that can't be Ranched, like the Electric Organs needed for Base structures. Having Flambelle/Kelpsea Ignis Ranching Flame Organs really helps save Gold, especially when started sooner and stockpiled like crazy. Venom Glands are a different story. Unless you insist on using Poison Arrows or Dark Grenades, or REALLY need to line every inch of your Base with Antique Carpets and Chairs, Ranching Venom Glands will likely be unhelpful. This is because the only way to even get Caprity Noct is either on Feybreak, or breeding Tarantriss with Caprity. Reaching either of these before simply finding the Small Settlement Merchant is highly unlikely. Venom Glands are also not needed in anywhere near as much scale as the other Glands/Organs; 126 Glands craft every Pal Gear it's involved with, +7 if you want the Poison Bow and Crossbow. Additional edit: As of the Halloween 2025 update, an additional 100 Venom Glands are needed to unlock a new item! I don't want to spoil anything too soon though, so that's all I'll say for now. Suggestions: High Quality Cloth vs Wool This isn't mathematically calculated or a fully comprehensive breakdown, just things to consider about both. High Quality Cloth costs 10 Wool to make 1, and it's a very common material in crafting (and repairing) high-level Armor, Pal Gear, and Large Pal Beds. It can be bought from the Caravan Leader, a random Base visitor that appears nowhere else. 2 Wool makes 1 Cloth, and Cloth is more often used on crafting (and repairing) lower-level Armors, Pal Gear (of varying levels), and cosmetic hats. Wool can be bought from the Small Settlement Merchant, as well as the green Wandering Merchants that randomly visit your Base. (If I'm reading that part correctly!) Sibelyx produces High Quality Cloth faster than Cremis/Melpaca could possibly keep up with. However, Cloth is still a relevant part in plenty of crafting. What's worked for me is farming Wool until I get a Sibelyx, then switching my Wool Rancher out for the High Q. Cloth. By that point, I have a reliable enough way to get Gold, so if I need any Wool/Cloth, I can buy it.

路径:PalServer\Pal\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\GameUserSettings。

How to set up a Second Base and Breeding Operation in 10 Days. SECTION 100 – Getting Started NOTE: This guide is a continuation of my first Palworld Beginner’s Guide. Part II assumes you’ve accomplished the following: Player Level 15 Base Level 10 A pal team with 5x Cattiva Equipment including a Three-Shot Bow, a Cloth Outfit, a Common Shield, and a Feather Hair Band https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3158179958 SECTION 200 – Upgrading Your Equipment At this point in the game you’re going to start fighting some tough Pals. Before venturing further into the wilderness I recommend upgrading your weapons, armor, and tools. WEAPON – Metal Pickaxe[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 11 / 2 Technology Points COST – 15x Stone / 20x Wood / 5x Ingot DAMAGE – 30 DURABILITY - 250WEAPON – Metal Axe[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 11 / 2 Technology Points COST – 15x Stone / 20x Wood / 5x Ingot DAMAGE – 30 DURABILITY - 250WEAPON – Crossbow[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 13 / 2 Technology Points COST – 50x Wood / 40x Stone / 10x Ingot / 5x Nails DAMAGE – 280 DURABILITY - 300ARMOR – Pelt Armor[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 12 / 2 Technology Points COST – 10x Leather DEFENSE – 35 HP – 140 DURABILITY – 300The Metal Pickaxe and Metal Axe will help you collect Ore, Stone, and Wood significantly faster than before. The Crossbow does big damage but has a long recharge time. The Pelt Armor will help you survive longer than before. 210 – STAT POINTS – As you begin to take on more difficult foes I recommend continuing to put your Stat Points into Health. This will help keep you alive during the most challenging battles. SECTION 300 – Hunting for Key Pals In the early game there are three key pals that you’ll want to focus on capturing – Nitewing, Tombat, and Vixy. 310 – NITEWING[palworld.fandom.com] – This powerful Pal can be found flying in the skies around the Grassy Behemoth Hills and the Rayne Syndicate Tower. For a beginner, this is not an easy fight. I recommend taking a few shots with the Crossbow to weaken the Pal then following up with several shots from the Three-Shot Bow to reduce them to very low health. This will make them very easy to capture. After capturing a Nitewing put it on your team in the first slot. As soon as possible, craft the Nitewing Saddle: KEY ITEM –Nitewing Saddle[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 15 / 2 Technology Points COST – 20x Leather / 10x Cloth / 15x Ingots / 20x Fiber / 20x Paldium Fragments The saddle will allow you to ride Nitewing as a Flying Mount. Press “E” to summon your Nitewing and “F” to mount it. When riding a Flying Mount press “SPACE” to rise and “CTRL” to descend. If you fly high for too long your stamina will deplete and you’ll fall safely back to earth. Having a Flying Mount will make moving around the map much easier. It’s also a fierce fighter who can help you win tough battles. Just be sure to recall your NItewing before it kills the Pal you’re trying to capture. 320 – TOMBAT[palworld.fandom.com] – When running around late at night keep your eye open for Tombat, a very valuable pal for early game mining operations. If you can, catch a half dozen (or more) of these useful Pals. Tombat has Level 2 Mining, which is required for Ore Mining. They also have Level 2 Transporting and Level 2 Gathering, which is useful to have at your base. Additionally, Tombat is a nocturnal pal that works through the night. 330 – VIXY[palworld.fandom.com] – Travel to the Rayne Syndicate Tower Fast Travel Point and head West. You’ll reach the Desolate Church Fast Travel Point which is surrounded by trees and red grass. Her you will encounter Vixy, a useful pal for each game ranching operations. When you put a Vixy in a ranch it will drop pal spheres, arrows, and gold coins. You use a lot of pal spheres in the first several years, so it’s great having an infinite source of free ones. SECTION 400 – Building Your Second Base As you’re catching Tombats and Vixies take some time to set up your Second Base. At this point, it’s important to set up automated Ingot production. I recommend building your second base just North of the Desolate Church where several ore deposits are located. Add the following Structures: 1x Palbox 1x Wooden Chest 2x Ranches 1x Primitive Furnace 1x Hot Spring 10x Straw Beds 1x Feed Box – Fill with a few hundred berriesPopulate your base with the following Pals: 3-6x Tombats 3-6x Vixies 1x FoxparksNOTE: Each Ranch can accommodate up to FOUR Pals with the Farming Work Suitability. Be sure to build enough Ranches to fit all of your Farming Pals. SECTION 500 – Breeding Operations Starting your Breeding Operations requires three things – a Breeding Farm, Egg Incubators, and Cake. 510 – BREEDING FARM – Placing a Male and a Female Pal in the Breeding Farm will yield an egg every five minutes, if there is cake available. Each egg consumes one cake. The Pal that hatches from the egg is determined by the average Breeding Power Value of its two parents. STRUCTURE – Breeding Farm[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 19 / 2 Technology Point COST – 100x Wood / 20x Stone / 50x Fiber 520 – EGG INCUBATOR – The Egg Incubator is used to hatch eggs. It requires an Ancient Technology Point to unlock and Ancient Civilization Parts to build. The easy way to acquire these in the early game is by beating the Level 11 Chillet[palworld.fandom.com] located East of the Rayne Syndicate Tower. These Alpha Pals re-appear every day after you defeat them so you can farm them for Ancient Civ Parts throughout the game. NOTE: Placing the correct number of campfires next to your Incubators, depending on the egg type, can greatly reduce the incubation time. STRUCTURE – Egg Incubator[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 7 / 1 Ancient Technology Point COST – 30x Stone / 5x Cloth / 2x Ancient Civilization Parts 530 – CAKE – Cake[palworld.fandom.com] can be cooked using the following ingredients: 8x Red Berries 8x Eggs 5x Flour 7x Milk 2x HoneyMany of these ingredients come from pals with the Farming Work Suitability. Make sure to build one Ranch for every four Pals with this job. Also, I recommend building a Monitoring Stand in your base. This building allows you to turn off every job except for Farming, which ensures your Ranch Pals focus on their most important tasks! STRUCTURE – Monitoring Stand[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 15 / 2 Technology Points COST – 30x Wood / 10x Stone 531 – RED BERRIES – Red Berries [palworld.fandom.com]are harvested from Berry Plantations. You should already have several of these in production. 532 – EGGS – Eggs[palworld.fandom.com] are produced by putting a Chikipi in a Ranch. You should have several Chikipi in your Pal Box already. 533 – FLOUR – Flour[palworld.fandom.com] can be made from grinding Wheat at a Mill using a Pal with the Watering Job. Wheat is harvested from Wheat Plantations, which require Wheat Seeds to plant. Wheat Seeds can be gathered from defeating specific Pals. However, the fastest way to acquire Wheat Seeds is by buying them from a Wandering Merchant. You can find a Wandering Merchant near the Small Settlement Fast Travel Point, which is located South of the Desolate Church Fast Travel Point. STRUCTURE – Mill[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 15 / 2 Technology Point COST – 50x Wood / 40x StoneSTRUCTURE – Wheat Plantation[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 15 / 2 Technology Point COST – 3x Wheat Seeds / 35x Wood / 35x Stone534 – MILK – Milk[palworld.fandom.com] is produced by putting a Mozzarina[palworld.fandom.com] in a ranch. You can catch Mozzarina just west of the Ravine Entrance Fast Travel Point, which is west of the Desolate Church Fast Travel Point. 535 – HONEY – Honey[palworld.fandom.com] is produced by putting a Beegarde[palworld.fandom.com] in a Ranch. You can catch Beegarde north of the Islandhopper Coast Fast Travel Point. However, Beegardes are very difficult to battle at this point in the game. They appear in packs, are typically Level 20-30, and have a terrible habit of self-destructing during combat. Rather than capturing one, you could simply kill a few Cinnamoths to collect a enough honey to breed some Beegardes at your Breeding Farm. Cinnamoths can be found on Mount Flopie, the island due North of the Desolate Church. Here are some easy recipes to breed Beegarde. This should be the first Pal that you breed: Melpaca + Tanzee Tombat + Hoocrates Mozzarina + Daedream536 – COOKING THE CAKE – Once you have all the ingredients, use a Cooking Pot and a Pal with the Kindling Job to prepare the Cake. Each cake that’s consumed in the Ranch produces one Egg. STRUCTURE – Cooking Pot[palworld.fandom.com] TECHNOLOGY – Tier 17 / 2 Technology Point COST – 20x Wood / 15x Ingot / 3x Flame Organ SECTION 600 – Initial Eggs After making a few Beegardes, what Pals should you breed next? Here are my recommendations. 610 – VERDASH[palworld.fandom.com] (Breeding Power: 990) Parent #1 – Tombat (Breeding Power: 750) Parent #2 – Gumoss (Breeding Power: 1240) Planting 2 Handiwork 3 Lumbering 2 Transport 2 Gathering 3Verdash is an early game superstar when it comes to Planting, Gathering, and Transporting operations. They can completely replace the Cattivas and Gumosses at your initial base. Combine a few Verdashes with a good Watering Pal and yield of your Plantations will greatly improve. Additionally, Verdash have very high handiwork, which greatly improves the speed you can craft items and construct buildings. 620 –BLAZEHOWL [palworld.fandom.com](Breeding Power: 710) Parent #1 – Nitewing (Breeding Power: 420) Parent #2 – Verdash (Breeding Power: 990) Kindling 3 Lumbering 2Baking cakes is EXTREMELY slow. Replacing your Kindling 1 Foxparks with a Kindling 3 Blazehowl will increase your cake baking speed by nearly 10 times. 630 – ANUBIS[palworld.fandom.com] (Breeding Power: 570) Parent #1 – Nitewing (Breeding Power: 420) Parent #2 – Blazehowl (Breeding Power: 710) Handiwork 4 Transport 2 Mining 3Anubis is a great miner who can immediately replace the Tombats in your second base. Additionally, they have the highest Handiwork Job Suitability in the game, which greatly improves your crafting and building speed. 640– DUMUD[palworld.fandom.com] (Breeding Power: 895) Parent #1 / Parent #2 – Lots of combinations Transport 1 Watering 1 Mining 2Lastly, I recommend that you breed a Dumud of two. When placed in a Ranch Dumud’s drop High Quality Pal Oil, which is necessary for late-game crafting.
