If you're having trouble redeeming a code, try it a few more times to see if it eventually works for you. It's unknown at this time what causes this. Note: user Bimjee reports that "You can redeem the codes multiple times if you transfer your save onto a new platform. I activated them on my PC, Laptop and mobile so far and all worked." Note: user Seryoga reports that "I tested on mobile. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game do make the redeem codes available again.
