Why the glitch happens While doing some Googling, I found a few resources that mention that Kili Oso is intended to be the 15th bounty. Problem is, his rumor is given to you pretty early on, making it possible to kill him much earlier than 15th. I speculate that the code works something like this: once Kili is dead, give Jo the Cannibal rumor, but also check if the other 14 bounties are done first. Because of this, if Kili is dead, but the other bounties aren't done, it softlocks your progression on bounties. Yeah pretty dumb oversight, I know. But the solution is simple: ignore Kili Oso until the other 14 bounties are done. That's it, you can stop reading now. I'll make a step-by-step section next if you really want it though. Step-by-step 1. Korej Lim- On the mission Koboh- Research Tanalorr in the Devastated Settlement, you'll be attacked by Korej. This will start the bounty system. I've heard some people say that they haven't gotten any bounty rumors at all. I suspect that's a different glitch. If you don't get the screen "Caij Bounties Unlocked" after fighting Korej, try exiting the game and restarting. 2. Kip Ostar- 3. Raz- 4. Meyen Corr- These 3 are available immediately after the Korej fight. If you talk to Caij, she'll give you one of them. You can then exit the saloon, and re-enter to talk to her again, and she'll give you another one. 5. Mash- You can get this rumor after completing the quest "Research Tanalorr - Shattered Moon" 6. Kili Oso- You can get this rumor after completing the quest "Jedha - Locate Brother Armias". DO NOT DO THIS BOUNTY!!!! Unless you want your progression to softlock again, DO NOT DO THIS BOUNTY!! 6. (for real this time) Gatt Medo- You can get this rumor after completing the quest "Shattered Moon - Pursue Rayvis" 7. Vaslyn Martz 8. Selfin Jook- 9. Yuhong- Assuming you haven't killed Kili yet, These three become available as soon as you complete "Koboh - Confront Dagan at Koboh Observatory" 10, 11, 12. Masi Finau, Fenn Finau, and KLE-O- 13, 14. Corde the Half, and PR-85T the Other Half- These two rumors become available once you've completed "Nova Garon - Locate the Traitor" and give you five bounty pucks. 15. Kili Oso- Okay, NOW you can kill Kili, in the way the developers intended. 16. Jo the Cannibal- Once you've killed Kili, this rumor is unlocked. If you have received this rumor, congratulations. You have successfully avoided the softlock. It should be smooth sailing from here on out. 17. ??? - Caij isn't in the Saloon anymore, but she left behind a datapad. Read it to get the final quest in the quest line. After completing this quest you should receive the "Caij Match" achievement. Quick Note on "Intergalactic Geographic" If you are following this guide, you've had to start a new game. So that means you will have to finish the game to get all the Tactical Databank entries. tl;dr When you get the Kili Oso rumor, DO NOT KILL HIM until you've killed the other 14 bounties first.
