This is a guide on how I beat Bai Weiyi on Hard difficulty. For a quick explanation, I used skills that reduced Bai Weiyi's Qi Gathering rate or unique moves that removed his currently built up Qi. I was able to beat this beat with the guidance of others who suggested these changes. Before I made these changes, Bai Weiyi healed more than I dealt damage to him every turn and he also one shot KO'd my characters. Introduction and Link to all Images Hi, this is just my experience with what worked for me. I only have around 70 hours in the game, and this is my third playthrough. I started from normal but died on mount precipe, then started a normal run again but was very easy with the added inheritance points, and now on my third playthrough I almost gave up and quit because Bai Weiyi was impossible to beat using my usual methods. Thank you to the users who asked before and answered how to beat Bai Weiyi. I wanted to make this guide as an updated source because I had a lot of trouble finding this information. I am very much still a noob, so if you see any corrections to make then please suggest so. Thank you! I used the Polis Snake Sword that I received as a quest reward earlier despite being a Saber playthrough. Before fighting Bai Weiyi, I recommend you visit all sect masters and gift them to 80-90 affection and then consult them for their cultivation techniques. I was also wearing the Xuanwu Robe from the Wudang Forbidden Area. The other gear is best possible crafted or from inheritance. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/18679408340726127/DF5FF6214708B33BE169B992E6DF50AE6C27C32D/?imw=256&&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/18679408340726228/E85D90B680F49485BE6BE0F194BC6D5E8B6C5703/?imw=256&&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false Now for Martial Arts, prioritize Martial Art abilities that focus on depriving Qi from enemies. https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/18679408340726350/2B445ED812862B848676B7E22E26024A23CDA578/?imw=256&&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false Stats and Martial Arts of Xun Yaoyao https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/18679408340747632/255DE6DCAF6116732B81668F8D4AEA0FDC224EC7/?imw=256&&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false Xun Yaoyao primary job is to use Star Absorption Force to reduce Bai Weiyi's Qi when it's near 100%. Other than that you just apply poison stacks and keep your distance from Bai Weiyi. For meridians focus on Yindu from Penetrating Vessel and Taixi from Yin. Everything else can be generic damage and defence. Martial Arts https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/18679408340747715/8F64236CC2BBC41D60519A3984C6F25A1162FAAC/?imw=256&&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false Do not use multiple hitting skills because Bai Weiyi gathers a lot of Qi when hit. So no using Crow's Cawing for this boss fight. Stats and Martial Arts of Yan Weihuan https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/18679408340755414/546E4252B655C8FAFD5B8AD15F31553DFFFD0246/?imw=256&&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false Of course just like with all party members, you'll want to max all cultivation techniques. You'll want to focus on the same meridians as I listed for Xun Yaoyao, in general you would also do this on all characters. Yan Weihuan Martial Arts https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/18679408340765194/2338D0F1308E076FD36690B72A0411E21CC1286E/?imw=256&&ima=fit&impolicy=Letterbox&imcolor=%23000000&letterbox=false Ability priority is Unique > Mighty > Cultivation Technique. In that order. How to farm Martial Points, Money, and Materials for Crafting Here is an endgame loop I do for resources and Martial Points. Please Save before attempting this loop because some of the enemies can be very hard. I first take the horse travel to Yu Village, then I go to Mount Tianshan. Kill the Snow Leopards for a chance to get Premium Hides, then go up towards the top of the mountain for 2 different sources of Siderite Ore. Then I travel south west to Sub - River Valley located south of Xuanhuo Cult. I skip all the enemies on the first screen and I travel right to the second screen. I collect the ore right above me for an easy source of Jade Ore then I kill Chu Zenning The Yellowsand Bandit. I will now refer to these type of enemies who are special from the rest in the zone as "Elite Mob". These Elite Mobs drop valuable resources and give more Martial Points than usual. But they have a long respawn time, so it's not worth waiting around in place for it respawn. This is why I travel to other zones and try to use my time efficiently. Now leave Sub - River Valley from the way you came and travel northwest to Camelbell Hill, just like before we mine the ore and only kill the elite mob here and leave. The Elite mob is Arta. Travel west to Longmen Canyon and cross the bridge to kill General Tuoba. Leave from the way you came. Go outside Linchang and take the fast travel to Tianshui City. Head North to Mount Autumnscape and kill the elite mob Sand Bandit. You can choose to kill the Eagles for Premium Hides but I find the drop rate to be a little low and it spawns 3 enemies instead of just 1 compared to Mount Tianshan Snow Leopards. You can make the decision yourself and see how the drop rates are for you. Exit the way you came from and travel north to Villain Valley. Mine the ore as you enter then go right down the stairs, mine this ore as well. Then Do not take the stairs to the left, but go up to mine Siderite ore. Then go up the stairs to collect Lingzhi for alchemy pills. If you don't need it, you can skip it. Now you can back track and take the stairs to go the lower level. Then go up and take the stairs to the main area and mine the siderite there as well. Back track down the stairs and go left and collect the lingzhi. You can now leave Villain Valley. If you want extra Martial Points and weapons to sell for Money, you can fight the mobs that are named "Villain Valley Leader" they drop about 500 Martial Points and give some Blue rarity items. You can now go back to the Tianshui fast travel and go to Yu Village and start the loop again. If the Siderite Ore hasn't respawned yet when you restart the loop then you can make a stop by Mount Thunder and kill the elite mob there. The enemies there also drop a good amount of Martial Points as well. I prefer to sell and forge at Tancheng City because there is a trader in the city that sells coal there. Don't forget to open your Pill and Food tab and Use the Jade Ores. I get Amethyst and Emerald ores very often from it. You can visit the foreigner in Tianshui City to exchange stones for others depending on your crafting needs. Use Batch Sell to quickly sell normal, green, and blue rarity items. You can choose to sell yellow rarity items for more money or disassamble for crafting needs. Make sure to click weapon tab or armour tab before using batch sell!!! Very important. Batch sell will sell all your ingredients if you're in the view all tab. Out of precaution, make sure to save before doing any huge trades, but if you do make a mistake and don't have a save there is a repurchase tab on the vendor to buy back important items.
