You now have a steady source of the most profitable selling fish, increase the level of the sushi to max and then sell all your leftovers while waiting for the mystic (if you don't have enough) to spawn for more passive incomme from the aquarium. Once you are at that point, your hatchery mystic fish output as well as the passive incomme from the aquarium will be most of your profit. You can leave the 6th zone now and fill the bestiary, max every sushi and do whatever you want because there is simply no longer a way to not make profit. But before your bar is maxed out, cat quests are important, afterwards... not so much.
