All the requirements for Legendary Multiverse and some general tips for completing these multiverses. Introduction & Updates I have been playing this game on the Playstation 4 quite heavily and wanted to share this guide that I have developed over my time playing the game. At first I just wrote down what needed to be completed as a checklist then I started grouping some things together in the hopes of making the grind more efficient. Enjoy. UPDATE: 02/03/25 - Updated Minutes Played and Guild notes in the general section. General Tips Some characters require master battle simulator to be completed on hard. As every character requires this on very hard the lower difficulty automatically gets completed when the higher difficulty is completed. Events completed: Multiverse, Guild, and Sidekick events are counted as the same type of event. Focus on completing the specialized events first as they usually require less to complete. It doesn't matter which character is being played during events, so long as the last match in that event is completed by the desired character. Motherboxes Opened: Motherboxes open for all characters requiring each type, not one character at a time. Bronze – Cheetah, Doctor Fate, Poison Ivy, Gorilla Grodd, Harley Quinn, Hellboy, Enchantress, TMNT Silver – Swamp Thing, Aquaman, Black Canary, Black Manta Bronze Guild – Flash, Red Hood Silver Guild - Scarecrow Gold Guild – Batman, Brainiac, Darkseid AI Battles: An AI battle win is counted if your character is on the team, regardless if they didn't play as being the third character on the team. AI battle progress is counted towards the Legendary Mutliverse, the character just has to have been an active player in the team. Minutes played does not count towards Legendary Multiverse completion in this mode. Cheetah, Flash, Gorilla Grodd, Hellboy require 100 AI battles. Batman, and Firestorm require 80 AI battles. Sub-Zero requires 75 AI battles. Guild Events: Everyone is required to complete 200 guild events, except for Superman who only has 100 required. Atrocitus, Blue Beetle, Deadshot, Captain Cold, Cyborg, Firestorm, Green Lantern, Superman Survivor Event: Bane, Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Flash, Supergirl, Robin, Joker, Atom, Red Hood, Starfire, Sub-Zero Boss Battles: Everyone is required to complete 75 battles, except for Catwoman who only has 50 required. Batman, Brainiac, Catwoman, Darkseid Damage Dealt: The damage counts total damage for round one health bar, round two health bar and any health gained during a clash. If farming this with a boss divide their health by 2 to get the equivalent normal fight, so you can see if it's worth your time. Bosses also do not gain health with a clash. Minutes Played: 1,000 minutes is 16.67 hours. 3,000 minutes is 50 hours. 1,000 minutes: Atrocitus, Blue Beetle, Deadshot, Captain Cold, Cyborg, Firestorm, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Superman 3,000 minutes: Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Doctor Fate, Starfire, TMNT Time is counted by either playing yourself or have the AI play in Multiverse, Guild Multiverse, or Legendary Multiverse. The time counts if you win or lose the match. HOWEVER, if you choose Select New Fighter the time is not counted for that match. The match needs to completely end with the winning screen moving on to the next match or the end of the tower. Or, at the losing screen with the options Retry, Event Select, Quit To The Main Menu. If you stack your character with defence and health, aiming for a combined total of around 5000-6000 points. You can then set the AI to Very Easy in the normal Multiverse and idle through the 240 timer without losing all of your health. If you don't want you W/L ratio to get too bad then you can always start the match by beating up the AI until they're nearly dead then idle. If the round ends with you having more health it will count as a win, as long as you're not playing on boss battles. Sidekick Events: Events that have assists do not count toward this goal. This only counts when a character can appear on screen to assist you. Atrocitus, Bane, Blue Beetle, Cheetah, Swamp Thing, Black Adam, Deadshot, Flash, Scarecrow, Supergirl, Captain Cold, Cyborg, Firestorm, Poison Ivy, Aquaman, Black Canary, Gorilla Grodd, Harley Quinn, Joker, Superman, Atom, Hellboy, Enchantress, Raiden, Red Hood 1,000,000 Credits Spent, 50,000 Guild Credits Spent, and 100 Regen Tokens Spent: These are required for every character. This means you need a total of 41,000,000 credits, 2,050,000 guild credtis for one attempt each, and 4,100 regen tokens to complete all characters. Regen Tokens: These are in addition to the 100 tokens that are required from all characters, meaning that some characters require 200 tokens. These are not counted in the total number above. These raise the total required regen tokens to 4,900. Blue Beetle, Wonder Woman, Black Adam, Catwoman, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Raiden, Starfire Cyborg: Trinity War gear has a 2/5 set bonus as 30% reduced damage from magic users. Technomorph Arsenal has a 2/5 set bonus as 25% reduced damage from magic users. With enough regen tokens it is possible to regenerate gear on those 4 items to reduce damage even further. This will easily allow you to have over 100% damage reduction to magic users. This means fights between the following characters will result in you not taking any damage. Atom, Black Adam, Doctor Date, Enchantress, Hellboy, Raiden, Starfire, Sub-Zero, Swamp Thing, Wonder Woman. TMNT: Playing as any one of the four turtles counts towards the completion of all 4 individual worlds. The only time that specific characters are required is for matches with specific moves as the final hit. Match wins, final hit with, damage dealt, time spent: The time between the final hit in the match being registered in a match and the character victory cut-scene allows you to pause the game and restart the match. This counts as progression in the Legendary Multiverse for match victories, final hit victories, damage dealt, and time spent. This reduces the load times between matches, allowing for quicker farming to completion. The only downside is that it won't award any gear, player or profile xp, and does not count towards event completion. Doing this is also not counted in the multiverse completed stat page for wins. It will count the amount of times you restarted the match though. Item Limit: Once a limit has been hit for something then you stop getting the awarded the item at the end of a match/event. Credit limits are 9,999,999. Due to the lower rate of gaining guild credits I have not reached the cap yet but I assume it's the same as the credit limit. I have gained over 1 million guild credits. Motherbox limit is 1000 with any combination of boxes. It doesn't matter if they are normal or guild ones. Due to the large amount of regen tokens required for Legendary Multiverse I have not hit the limit of that yet. I have gained over 1700 tokens. Moves: Moves that are required for a final hit mean that they are required at the end of a health bar. So you can complete this twice per match. Supermove finishes require the move to be done at the end of the second health bar. Guilds: The guild multiverse counts for completion of most things, but there are some things that do not. Guild boss battles do not count for Legendary completion or even awarding your daily Guild Points. You can leave a guild and join a new one with the match completions and guild rewards reset back to 0. However, leaving a guild requires a probationary period before joining another one. 1st time is 1 minute. 2nd time is 10 minutes. I haven't tried any further to see how high it can go. I also haven't seen if the timer resets when the multiverse changes, yet.
