This is my first guide, and I wanted to share everything I’ve discovered about food so far! Inside, you’ll find all hidden recipes and their locations, every recipe I’ve discovered organized by buffs, all food-related achievements, and a few additional achievements/Hidden Items I came across along the way and some tips that I noted for a next playthrough to get those achievements found sooner. This guide will be updated as more recipes are discovered through playthroughs, testing, and community suggestions. I’ve also noted sections that I plan to expand on over time. There are no story spoilers in this guide, and all achievements are hidden behind spoiler tags in case you’d prefer to discover them on your own. General Food Related Tips Tutorial Helpful TipsGrab the pocket change at the climbing gym for the vending machines Make sure to get at least one chocolate bar from the vending machine for a achievement. You can also grab Yellow yak and instant noodles for an early game recipe to provide stam regen buffs alongside hunger restoration, but I think chocolate bars are goated because of all the buffs. Related pocket change achievement: Use one Pocket change with climbot to get the luxurious grip achievement General food tips Make sure to sleep before you eat!!I was silly and was eating then sleeping and wasted more food then needed since it ticks down your food and water while sleeping. Mixing ingredients with liquids consumes the entire container. If you infuse a chocolate bar with 3/4 water flask you will get a 3/4 chocolate drink. I didn't realize this at first, so always fill all containers completely before infusing herbs. You can transfer liquids from your bottles in your pack to your flask Thank you to irrid in the comments for pointing this out! You hover over a bottle in your pack and hit transfer and then you can use drinks in your flask on the mountain, very helpful! Cook meals strategically w/ buffs and warmth during difficult vertical sections go for grip, for long climbs go for stam, for both get a mix. When you start getting high in the climb it gets colder so food with warmth will be important. Don't hoard raw ingredients. cook raw items for full potential and space for better loot. I haven't found chocolate bars other then in the vending machine at the start, but I have found all the other packaged foods and better loot so far in the climb. Chapter "The Palace of The Wind" Tip: Try to only cook what you need to finish your ascent in this chapter and then save everything until halfway through the next. Trust. Tiny, Semi, Spoiler to explain: Halfway through the Chapter "The Peril" you will reach a cutscene where it makes you drink all liquids in your backpack. 【悬崖关卡 - 教程】成就剧透:完成初始的全部8条攀岩路线,从健身房后方的锁箱中获取养蜂人地图,配方就在地图上。如果尚未解锁该成就,可在自由视角模式下,通过镜头观察两块悬崖之间的一对裂缝。其中距离露营地最近的那条裂缝,有一个小洞穴入口。洞内有蘑菇和2个蜂蜜勺等战利品。查看白板可获得【超级蜂蜜】配方。

旅游陷阱面条

捷径 - 从废弃缆车建筑底部找到附近的楼梯。在楼梯顶部可以找到【配方 - 游客陷阱面条】。与缆车相关的成就:使用望远镜并朝我们来时的方向回望,发现另一名登山者以解锁【Spotted!】。此外,如果你有从狂欢洞穴获得的烟花,可以在缆车顶部发射。

洞穴风格鳟鱼

瀑布 - 在露营地旁大瀑布后面的隐藏洞穴中。从该区域下楼梯进入主房间,你会发现到处都是鱼。中央岛屿上有一份【洞穴风味鳟鱼食谱】,房间周围的罐子里有扁豆和火腿、奶粉、山羊奶。奶粉加水可制成山羊奶。该区域成就:Catch one of the fish standing in the water

山间炖菜

瀑布 - 从你找到鳟鱼食谱的地方向右走,顺着绳索下到露营地,然后在营地周围搜索。两个小营地中靠上方的那个有【清水】(装在可重复使用的瓶子里)、一株【蓟】和一个防熊箱,里面有【方便面】。你还能找到一本日志可以阅读,以及【食谱 - 山地炖菜】。这个区域还有一些值得搜刮的东西。

粥村 - 在从底部数第二个门内有一个露营地。从这个房间向左走。当到达岔路时,向右转前往用餐区。在这里的其中一张桌子上可以找到【食谱 - 粥】。

牧场番茄 地窖 - 我们可以在这里获取一些番茄和山羊奶。查看番茄植株旁的小储藏凹室,能找到【牧场番茄食谱】和【纪念品:风铃】。洞穴对面有一个露营点和小瀑布,可在此补充水源。此外,山羊会用温羊奶灌满你所有的瓶子,好好利用这一点。等待一段时间后,山羊会重新补充羊奶。 该区域可寻找的物品: 如果你在卧室里找到了罗迪的信,与牧羊女对话后她会给你一个保温瓶(可装2种饮品,提供无限温暖)。如果你检查了守护者周围的所有地方,应该能找到一个穴居人岩钉(不可破坏,可用于坚硬岩石)和一个特大号 chalk bag(可装5块 chalk)。

枫糖软糖 两百级台阶——从区域中途的露营地出发,沿着远离露营地的岩壁边缘走,有一条可以跳跃过去的破损木栈道。栈道另一边有一个防熊箱,里面装有坚果、脱水汤和坚果。帐篷旁的地面上放着【食谱 - 枫糖软糖】。

猎人蘑菇风之宫殿——它位于圆形房间内。左侧有一个露营地,还有一份【猎人蘑菇】食谱和一本可供阅读的书。

山米饭圆顶 - 在圆顶建筑下方,你可以找到一个露营地、一处可开启的泉水(用于补充水源)以及食谱【山米饭】。

红绳俱乐部 烹饪酒类/酒精+荨麻=格罗格酒。如果你从图片中的洞穴进入,可在捷径区域的隐藏地点早期找到酒类。搜索该区域很有价值,值得一探究竟。成就相关:进入洞穴,爬过开口,到达路径上的缺口,然后顺着缺口垂降,在下方找到一具尸体,其持有酒类(装在可重复使用的瓶子里)。可获得成就Hungry like a wolf。

草药师 制作终极浸剂。 制作方法:首先将龙胆草/荨麻/杜松与水混合,制成草药浸剂;然后将草药浸剂与龙胆草/荨麻/杜松混合,制成强效浸剂;最后将强效浸剂与任意草药混合,即可得到终极浸剂,解锁该成就。

巧克力大师:制作一个复活节彩蛋。先合成巧克力棒和水,然后将巧克力饮料和鸡蛋结合,即可获得巧克力彩蛋并解锁成就!目前我发现彩蛋的位置有:养蜂人洞穴周围区域、缆车内部以及瀑布附近的悬崖边。
