I dismiss Ivan for repairing/modifying weapons/armor then recruit him back. Lure enemies to retreat then kill them and retreat. You can shoot directly to a door to unlock it You can use retreat to move to another sector without clearing current sector (Thanks @DeusVult Joker remind me about this) The major battle tip You can stealth kill 10 enemies before the fight so you can begin battle with 18 enemies left. You also can throw some proximity explosion at the red circle in the screenshot to help battle easier. Reload all your gun with Armor piecing ammo then use remote to start the battle. Hide behind sandbags and kill enemies, if your stealth kill failed and you become exposed, you need to prone and hide again.
