Gate to hell right side 16 Mixing 3 red items together create a random item. Same combo, or even 3 of the same items create something different every time. Finger = Udimshatan. Chance of critical hit melee, and magic +9%. When yo do critical hit you deal 50 damage to all, sweep 20%, double strike 25% Neck = Nostmommon. Bludgeon 30% chance to slow target by 2 seconds, When you critical hit you blind enemies which lowers their chance of hiting for certain amount of time, When enemy dies you get 30 health, mana, rage.
