WARNING: Reading this guide may spoil your fun in finding the weapons. It's like an easter egg hunt across many different maps, with a prize for finding the easter egg. Press F (by default) to enter freeroam to obtain the weapons. Once you find a weapon, by going near it, it'll start glowing. He cannot convert all units; from my testing it seems he can only convert some basic melee units, he doesnt seem to be able to convert expensive or ranged units. However, some have said that with enough necromancers you can convert almost any unit. Enemies covered in mushrooms seem to be slower and also seem to take damage over time, as well as getting a purple tint. They also appear to fight for the witch.
